Drukpa Butterworth Life Release

The present Gyalwang Drukpa is the twelfth incarnation of the founder of the Drukpa Lineage, Tsangpa Gyare Yeshe Dorje (1161-1211). The successive reincarnations of the Drogon Tsangpa Gyare are recognized as the Spiritual Head of the Drukpa Lineage and responsible for the spiritual guidance of over 800 Drukpa Monasteries, in Tibet, Nepal, Ladakh, Garsha Kinnuar and other parts of the Indian Himalyas.

In conjunction with Tibetan Calender ,the 10th day of 5th Tibetan Month (falls on 2nd of July 2009) the auspicious day ,
Drukpa Dharmashri Butterworth performed life releasing in Nibong Tebal river, 40km away from Butterworth at 3.30pm .

A total of 6933 lives consists 6912 South American's Prawn (96kg) and 21 crabs were being released into the river.

Also from 27th of June to 3rd of July ,below are the status of chanting updates:

1) Dharanis - 233 nos

2) Amitayus - 3565 + 397266 = 400831 nos

3) Long Live Prayer (L) - 10052 nos

4) Long Live Prayer (S) - 6805 nos

5) Live Released - 6933 nos

6) Full TIme Vegetarian - 1 person
