We met today to our regular once a month practice session. It is a Sunday morning and therefore almost everyone has free time available. We did the Guru Yoga practice and today we also accumulated Amitayus mantras for the Long Life of His Holiness and all spiritual masters. The atmosphere was a happy one because we felt good to contribute for His Holiness Long Life and to share this feeling with others. It is sooo valuable to be able to share and participate together in a common positive project.
Thank you Khamtrul Rinpoche and Thuksey Rinpoche for this opportunity!
