The present Gyalwang Drukpa is the twelfth incarnation of the founder of the Drukpa Lineage, Tsangpa Gyare Yeshe Dorje (1161-1211). The successive reincarnations of the Drogon Tsangpa Gyare are recognized as the Spiritual Head of the Drukpa Lineage and responsible for the spiritual guidance of over 800 Drukpa Monasteries, in Tibet, Nepal, Ladakh, Garsha Kinnuar and other parts of the Indian Himalyas.

Shabten at Drukpa Dharmashri Butterworth , Malaysia

For this time, we had about 37 people participated in the life releasing activities and about 70% of the members are taking part for very first time. We would like to thank H.E. Jamme Lhamchog Rinpoche for taking his time to recite mantra for the releasing of 300,000 shrimps into the sea at Sungai Udang, Nibong Tebal, Penang.

Also Shabten at Drukpa Dharmashri Guilin , China:

H.E. Lhamchog Rinpoche performed shabten prayer and life releasing with the Guilin Drukpa Dharmashri members
on 25th of October recently, released a total of 1,800 eel and fishes into Guilin River , China.

All the above activities are specially dedicated for H.H Gyalwang Drukpa and Parents also for all Drukpa Lineage
Great Master longevity.

We continued our weekly chanting/prayer activities and the total accumulated chanting counts from _18th/Sep/2009 to 8th/Nov/2009 are as below :

Number of Amitayus Long Life Mantras : 1,830,000

Number of Long Life Prayers (KHÜN KYAB) : 40,136

Number of Long Life Prayers ( DÜ SHI ) : 43,450

Number of Lives Released / Saved : 301,800
