Drukpa-Shabten Web is about sharing our Long Life Prayer Practices (shabten) among each other and with everyone interested. So we kindly ask all the Drukpa centers, Drukpa Monasteries, Drukpa Organizations or Individuals to do Long Life Practice and send your report to be published on this website.

Please write some lines on your practice done - if possible in English - and send it with some attached pictures (if available) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If you have the technical possibility to audio-record your practice, please send us an mp3 or aac file. Even a video would be great, using your video camera at a low resolution. It would be phantastic, if we could share, see and hear some of your practices here !

We will then bring your report with your pictures and audio (optional) into a webpage on this website, so you can dedicate the merit to His Holiness´ long life, share the merit with all the beings and motivate others to also do Long Life practices and submit their reports to us. His Holiness and other masters, to whom the practices are dedicated, can then also know about your shabten practices by looking into this website.

Please enter the numbers of prayers, mantras and life releases practiced completely into the Submit Form on this website. If you are or vow to be a full time vegetarian from now on, please introduce a 1 only once for each person in the corresponding Submit Form field. This will be a great contribution to His Holiness´ Long Life and apart from that saves so many beings´life, as well as nature and environment. As probably nearly all different Drukpa groups will participate, we want to take this opportunity to ask you to also update and complete your contact data, as we will put links and  contact infos for our monasteries, centers and organizations in this website.

We put a questionnaire on this web for all the monasteries, centers or organizations, who wish to have their details like web-address, email etc. updated and published.

• Please fill in as many details as possible, or as you wish, and click submit to send them. We can then put links to you on this and other Drukpa websites with contact data and even a photo or two, if you use the upload facility (click browse and select a picture from your harddisc or other storage media).

• The geo-data asked for, shall provide us with your exact location, so in the future we can introduce all our different groups worldwide into google earth, so everybody can easily find the closest center or find monastery locations in the Himalayas.

• You can either read them from a paper map, or
• use an electronic GPS, and send us the data via email, - or (for the computer people)
• use google earth (download from http://earth.google.com/)
  • navigate to your place, zoom in and put the pointer overhead your house, read the coordinates on the buttom of the window (latitude and longitude), which you also can send us by email,
  • or pick the yellow pin (location marker) on top left of the window and draw it overhead your house, give it your group´s name in the opening window and choose "Files">"Save As">select file type .kmz and choose where to save it on your harddisk.
  • Then you can choose (browse) this .kmz file in our questionnaire and it will be uploaded automatically, when you click "submit".
